About the C4 Project
The C4 Mentor Program is a structured discipleship framework for men, built on four pillars: Character, Conviction, Competence, and Courage.
The Method
The program runs in two phases.
Phase 1 — The Integration (10 weeks)
A 360° diagnostic assessment, taken by the participant and 2–3 trusted observers (typically a wife, a colleague, and a close friend). The engine produces a personalised report identifying strengths and blind spots. A mentor walks the participant through eight prescribed modules over ten sessions.
Phase 2 — The Formation (3 years)
Three Rites of Passage — bespoke real-world challenges co-authored between mentor and mentee. The shift is from learning the truth to embodying it.
The Foundation
The program is built on Christian foundations but you do not need to be a Christian to benefit from it. Mentors hold to the historic Christian faith. Participants are met where they are.
The Pilot
The first cohort is small by design — 5 mentors, 15 participants. If you have been invited, sign in to begin your assessment.
